Join Annette for this 4 week course based in Sophrology, Principles of Louise Hay, Mindfulness and the Four Agreements. Each two hour session will give you an opportunity to learn easy to implement exercises and techniques to help you set up positive changes in your life, or to make you even happier and more grounded than you already are.
Focus is on learning how to:
- increase concentration
- stay in the present
- let go of the chatter in the mind
- let go of the worry about tomorrow, so that you can enjoy today
- and the worry about tomorrow so that you can enjoy today.
Course will also cover topics such as the use of high energy words, power of self-talk in creating your future and balancing your bodies energy levels. Notes and recordings will be provided to all participants. Course start date is Wedensday, October 5th. The course will begin when 4 participants have registered. No classes during school holidays.
