October: Be Happy & Relaxed
Do you have children that are active, perhaps find it not so easy to sleep at night or not so easy to unwind? Then join Annette for this Wednesday afternoon 2 hour workshop with your child. Games and exercises will be used in this worskhop to help you and them more easily release stress or unused energy. We will also discover easy to use tools to help us move our energy and thoughts to a positive place before interacting with family members and others.

Space limited to 4 families.

Think GYM for the Mind!

Join Annette for these one hour 15 minute sessions aimed at relaxing the mind to rejuvenate the body and soul. Sessions available on Monday 14:00 to 15:15, Thursday 12 to 13:15 or Wednesday evenings 20:30 to 21:45.

Come as often or as little as you like. Payments made at the time of session. Multi-session cards are available and are good from 1 year of the date of purchase.

These courses were added to the mix last spring and they proved to be very popular.

Join Jane Pfefferlé (Ma, CCADP, Counselor SGfB) in these lively two hour sessions where you will find support and positive oriented techniques to manage your parenting challenges. Jane brings us back to our own teenage years to help us understand the life of our teen.

Course is 7 weeks in duration, Monday mornings 9:30 to 11:30. Space is limited to 10 parents.

Course includes: Book, Positive Discipline for Teenagers: Empowering Your Teens and Yourself Through Kind and Firm Parenting.  

Cost: 300 CHF per parent or 420 CHF per couple. Payments are to be made to Jane directly.

Ah, what a great day! Sunshine mixed with wind. Use the wind that nature has provided us today to help you clean out the stagnant energy that might be in your home. Open the windows and let the wind pass through the house. It will create a current and move the energy around, cleaning and refreshing your living space.

It is a good day to go outside and feel the wind. Take the opportunity to stand still, close your eyes, and experience wind as if it is the first time you have ever experienced the wind. Take a few abdominal breaths, let your thoughts go and notice how the wind pushes your body, moves your hair, makes you feel warm or cold. Spend time just noticing your body and the wind. Just take the time to notice.

Stay in the moment of the wind experience and when you are ready to, let go of anything cluttering your mind and open your eyes and smile.
