(STUDENTS AGES 10 - 12: 9 wks, 1 hr/session) Course targeting Year 6 - 9 students. Life long skills for pre-teens to help them move through transitions with Confidence and SUCCESS! Students learn 11 sophrology exercises to help enable them to approach their exams in a more relaxed, confident frame of mind. Exercises will also enable students to destress with simple exercises lasting 10 to 15 minutes, improve sleep patterns, calm themselves immediately using the Sophro Reflex Anchor, feel more successful and generally happier. An audio CD of each of the exercises will be made available for purchase, for easy home practice. |
