Life skills for managing stressful situations with CONFIDENCE in a CALM state of mind and with FOCUS

This workshop sereis is for  High School and College/University students that want  to learn skills for SUCCESS now and for the future!

Students will learn 7 sophrology exercises to help them approach stressful situations with confidence and in an emotionally stable condition. Exercises taught will also:
  • Increase self confidence
  • Improve sleep patterns
  • Instantly calm the self
  • Help participants feel happier in general.

These 3 - 2 hour workshops will give students the `time out` they need to recharge their batteries and learn short 10-15 minute exercises that will help them their entire lives.

Audio files of each exercise will be supplied.

Course will also cover topics such as the use of high energy words, power of self-talk in creating your future and balancing your bodies energy levels.

Time to connect with your child in a fun-filled workshop!

Balance for Great Families is a workshop designed for parents to spend time with one of their children, aged between 8 and 11, discovering relaxation techniques and exploring how our mind body connection.

October Theme: Be Relaxed
Come and discover the world of Sophrology in this 2 hour workshop. The workshop is for parents and children that would like to share in learning relaxation and communication techniques that are both fun and effective.

In the November workshop you will discover the power that your everyday words have on both your mind and your experiences. You will be introduced to fun Sophro-ludique games to increase your awareness of your body, giving your mind a mental break and to a Sophrology exercise that is easy to practice at home, where you will learn how to use more high energy words in your daily interactions.

Sophrology exercises will be taught to reinforce positive, feel-good sensations in the body. The session will leave you and your child, feeling relaxed and happy.
