Life skills for managing stressful situations with confidence, calm and concentration - For High School students that want to learn skills for SUCCESS now and for the future!

     CONCENTRATE when necessary
            CONTROL EMOTIONS (fear and anger) more easily
                    SLEEP more easily and more soundly
                            TUNE OUT of everyday life and TUNE IN to your inner strengths
                                     POSITIVE self-talk to help REACH GOALS to the highest level 
                                            Use the BREATH to secure calming moments when anxious    
                                                                               
                                                                                                                            
Who:       Students aged 14 to 19 yrs (minimum number of participants 5)
Where:    Chemin de l`Argilliére 2a, 1260 Nyon (5 minute walk from train station)
When:    Saturday, March 9, 16 and 23   10:00am to 12:00pm
Cost:      280 CHF                                                                                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                         
Students will learn 7 sophrology exercises to help them approach stressful situations with confidence and in an emotionally stable condition.
