Skills acquired during the course become integrated through homework and a 21 day practice following the course which includes an individual Reiki treatment with your teacher. The aim is to teach you how to: reinforce your vitality, calm and focus your mind, reduce stress and pain, take control of life's challenges, enhance inherent healing, connect with your inner wisdom, develop intuition and give a deeper meaning to every-day life.
