(STUDENTS 14 - 19yrs: 4 Workshops of 2 hours each) Life skills for managing stressful situations with confidence, calm and concentration - For High School students that want to learn skills for SUCCESS now and for the future! Students will learn 9 sophrology exercises to help them approach stressful situations with confidence and in an emotionally stable condition. Exercises will also be taught to improve self-esteem, improve sleep patterns, instantly calm the self, feel more confident and be happier in general. These 2 hour workshops will give students the `time out` they need to recharge their batteries and learn short 10-15 minute exercises that will help them their entire lives. Read More.
