MONDAY MORNING RUN YOGA

 


Start your week with a group of runners and enjoy the benefits of Yoga with Aliya Jafri
 
Runners of all levels 

NOT A RUNNER - Come for the YOGA 
 
        Meeting place: Simply Theatre, Ave. du Choiseul, Versoix (just below the train line, off Chemin du Pont Céard). Yoga on first floor, please enter building through centre doors that face the lake.

     Run starts at 8:30       Yoga begins at 9:30 
       
Cost of Yoga 20 CHF for the hour, run is free!  *Payment required on a monthly basis
(Term of 19 sessions for 305 CHF if pay upfront. Trial class for 10 CHF)
