Life skills for managing stressful situations with confidence, calm and concentration - give your teens the opportunity to learn skills for SUCCESS now and for their future!

Students will learn 10 sophrology exercises to help them approach stressful situations with confidence. They will learn exercises to improve self-esteem, improve sleep patterns, instantly calm themselves, feel more confident and be happier in general. The hour of class time gives students the `time out`they need to recharge their batteries and learn short 10-15 minute exercises that will help them their entire lives.

Notes and audio files of each exercise will be supplied.
