Individual Sessions

Improving your ability or bringing yourself back to equilibrium. trulyBalance will design a program to fit your specific goals and needs.
One to one Sophro-Ki Sophrology programs can help you improve in many areas of your life. Sessions usually last for one hour and you are asked to put into practice what you learn between sessions. Audio files are given of each exercise that is learned for easy practice, anytime, anywhere.

In most cases 3 to 4 sessions are usually required. In some cases after the initial 3 or 4 sessions it is useful to continue a sophro-coaching relationship with sessions on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to help keep you balanced and moving towards success.

Additional balancing body treatments that Annette offers may also be suggested in order to give an all encompassing program. If Annette feels that there is a therapy or treatment that she does not offer but would be better suited to help you find balance she has a wealth of hands on experience with practitioners or therapies that she can recommend.

Sessions generally include:
  1. Completion of general health and lifestyle form
  2. Dialogue between you and Annette to discern your needs. This is done at the beginning of each session to also asses progress if you have done a previous session.
  3. Physical therapy of up to 45 - 50  minutes if required. Sophrology or other coaching exercises that last between 15 and 20 minutes. The exercise will be explained and demonstrated before you begin.
  4. When the exercise is finished we will discuss the outcome and the experience, highlighting thoughts or exercises to be done at home between sessions.
  5. Audio & paper file will be either given to you at the session or sent via dropbox to you to make practicing at home easy to do.

1. Send a request to Annette and a mutually agreeable time will be set for the session.

2. Video ability is beneficial so that Annette can visually show you the exercise and that she can be certain you are doing the exercise correctly.

3. Audio and paper files will be sent to you in a dropbox after each session
